Day 2 – Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Time-based and usage-based tasks. 
  • Predictive Maintenance (PdM): Condition monitoring techniques: 

    – Vibration analysis. 

    – Infrared thermography. 

    – Oil analysis. 

  • Reliability-Centred Maintenance principles. 

Day 3 – Troubleshooting & Analysis

  • Troubleshooting methodologies: Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys. 
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). 
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). 
  • Reading schematics and interpreting technical documentation.
