Reliability is an important and essential part of businesses. To meet market place challenges, businesses are striving to be the low cost producer in an increasingly competitive world.

In this environment, a company’s assets must be reliable as any failure could lead to a partial or full plant outage. Equipment failures also influence safety, the environment and product quality. Reliability was once seen as the responsibility of the maintenance department; however, reliability is now everyone’s responsibility within an organisation and should be one of the key elements of any improvement initiative.

Our goals is to help companies improve their operational performance with a key focus on Asset Reliability Performance.

We do this by providing Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Training and Consulting services that are defined within our framework for achieving reliability success. This framework is called ReliabilityFocus™.
