Learnings are reinforced with self-paced and instructor facilitated “hands-on” exercises that allow students to apply the Apollo RCA™ process to real world problems, and in doing so demonstrate their facilitation skills. 

• Equips personnel with the knowledge and skills to effectively facilitate and lead RCA investigations using the Apollo RCA™ methodology and RealityCharting® / RC Pro® software.

RC Coach® is a self-paced online training platform that provides students with flexible learning options. (6 month access included) 

RealityCharting® / RC Pro® software platform facilitates implementation of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology and provides comprehensive investigation management features. RC Pro® is a simple and intuitive platform to quickly define your problem, determine cause and effect relationships and identify cost-effective solutions. (12 month access included)

• It is highly recommended that students complete self-paced RC Coach® learning module prior to attending the 4 hour Virtual Instructor Led Training session. 

• The virtual instructor led session requires a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. If the minimum requirement of participants is not met by the indicated date, the instructor may ask for the training session to be rescheduled. 

 You will be sent a confirmation email once the class has met the minimum requirement of participants. 

 If the class does not meet the minimum requirement of participants, you will be notified by email about the reschedule date.
