A mindset refers to the underlying patterns of thought, feelings, assumptions, values, priorities, and opinions which shape a person’s perception and motivation. The objective of this program is to recognize the need for management commitment and active leadership throughout the reliability journey and to ensure common values are shared across the organization. The program starts with a three(3) day event followed by optional coaching support in the workplace (not available for public run courses).
